100 Greatest Movies All-Time Pt. 2: 75 - 50

Hey all, so I'm back with part 2 of my choices for the 100 greatest movies all-time. Basically, I'm going to be counting them down 25 at a time until the top 25 which will get posted 5 at a time with full descriptions for why they are ranked there. Again, I'm picking these movies based on the rationale of that there are good, quality-made films and there are really entertaining, or awesome, films. In my list, both kinds of movies are given equal weight. Let's get to the list shall we? Hit the jump.

 -I admit it, I'm cheating here. But only because I could not pick between the two films, and if you look at they really are meant to be the same movie, so I'm including it as one movie.

71.) Beauty and the Beast
 - This was originally going to be the Lion King, but I had to make the choice and I think that this is the better movie, despite the fact that Lion King is Hamlet. With lions.

70.) The Shining
 -Have to give horror movies their due, plus I'm a sucker for Kubrick movies.

69.) Casablanca
 - I know, everybody else puts this way higher. But while I think it is a good movie, I do not personally like it more than any of the movies higher than it. Not a good excuse, but it is the truth.

 - I'm going to defend this with this: Do you remember the last time that you went in and saw a movie and was deeply affected personally where you couldn't get the movie out of your head? That was District 9 for me.

 -I think that Daniel Craig is a great Bond, but more than that I think that this take on Bond is probably the best, most accurate version of all time.
